DELIVERY AREA
We currently deliver exclusively to addresses in the Netherlands. Your order is shipped from our warehouses in Germany or France.
SHIPPING OPTIONS AND COSTS
We offer two shipping options for every order:
Standard shipping
Free of charge
Delivery within 4 to 5 business days
Insured express shipping
4.95 EUR
Delivery within 2 to 3 business days
Your parcel is insured for its full value during transport.
You can choose your preferred shipping option at checkout.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times begin the day after your payment has been received. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If the last day of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the next business day applies.
Please note that during busy periods such as holidays or sales events, delivery may occasionally take a little longer. We will always do our best to get your mirror to you as quickly as possible.
ORDER TRACKING
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number. You can use it to follow your parcel on its way to you.
PARTIAL DELIVERIES
If you order several products, they may be shipped in separate parcels. This does not result in any additional shipping costs for you.
CUSTOMS AND TAXES
Since all orders are shipped within the European Union, there are no customs duties or additional import taxes. All prices in our store already include the statutory value added tax.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please make sure that your delivery address is complete and correct. If a parcel cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, or if it is not collected from the carrier's pickup point, it will be returned to us. In this case, the costs for a new delivery may be charged to you.
DAMAGED PARCELS
If your parcel arrives with visible damage, please let the carrier know right away if possible and contact us by email with a few photos of the packaging and the product. We will take care of everything and find a quick solution for you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
