We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR, which ensures that your data is only processed according to our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.

7. PAYMENT PROCESSING

To process payments, we pass on the necessary payment data to the payment service provider you have chosen at checkout. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. The payment service providers process your data under their own responsibility. Their respective privacy policies apply, which you can find on their websites.
 

Some payment providers, for example for purchases on account or in instalments, may carry out a credit check. This only happens if you choose such a payment method, and the provider will inform you about it separately.


8. SHIPPING

To deliver your order, we pass on your name and delivery address to the shipping company we use. If you have given your consent, we also share your email address or phone number with the shipping company so that they can inform you about the delivery. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR and, where applicable, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

If you contact us by email, phone or through a contact form, we store the information you provide in order to answer your request and to handle any follow up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your request relates to a contract, and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR in all other cases. We delete this data once your request has been fully processed, unless statutory retention obligations apply.


10. NEWSLETTER

If you sign up for our newsletter, we use your email address to send you information about our products and offers. We only send the newsletter with your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. To confirm your registration, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your sign up. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every newsletter or by sending us an email.
